Hills Farm Stays - Kilmington

With panoramic views over the Axe Valley and Jurassic coast, Hills Farm Stays is located within a former 17th-century dairy farm andin over 100 acres of private countryside.

Each of the converted stone barns features free WiFi and individual designs and furnishings. An LCD TV and iPod docking station are also provided.

Our stone holiday cottages have been renovated to the highest standards, offering a range of quiet and comfortable accommodation to suitrequirements. Hills Farm Stays has an on-site spa offering treatments of Thai massages, if you book ahead with Nina.

The market town of Axminster is less than 10 minutes’ drive away and features a wide variety of shops and places to eat.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

Please note each One-Bedroom House are rustic rooms so please look at the photos of these rooms for reference. They are specifically for a no-frills getaway and are not the same as the rest of the accommodation.

Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlour) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking.
Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival.
All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodation if above criteria has not been adhered too.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The Saddlery. With countryside views, this cottage also comes with free Wi-Fi, an open-plan living area and a fully fitted kitchen. An LCD TV and iPod docking station are also provided. There are two studio cottages. One has a large shower, the other has separate bath and shower cubicles, please specify which you prefer in the Special Requests section when booking. ;
The Dairy. This 2-floor converted property consists of a ground-floor double bedroom and a twin room on a mezzanine floor. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as an open-plan living area with LCD TV, inglenook fireplace and thick stone walls. The bathroom is a family bathroom with bath and shower. ;
The Stables. Bedrooms feature a king-size bed, LCD TV and an en suite bathroom with double sized shower cubicle. The living area includes a large LCD TV, iPod docking station and free Wi-Fi which is available throughout the property. ;
Country King with Bath. The executive rooms are located on the ground floor, with porcelain tiles and underfloor heating. Each room features a self-standing bathtub in the room, a small fridge, a coffee machine and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and towels. The room is pet friendly and charges apply. ;
Four Poster Suite. The spacious Honeymoon Suite is located on the first floor and comes with a self-standing bathtub in the room, a small fridge and a coffee machine. The room is complete with an en-suite bathroom, which comes with a shower and towels. The room is pet friendly and charges apply. ;
Country King. Each king bedroom features Egyptian cotton linen, a small fridge, a coffee machine, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and towels. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, whereas the other is situated on the first floor. The room is pet friendly and charges apply. ;
Country Twin. Each twin bedroom features a small fridge, a coffee machine, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and towels. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with porcelain tiling and underfloor heating, whereas the other is situated on the first floor with carpeted flooring. The room is pet friendly and charges apply. ;
Family Suite. Located on the first floor, this luxurious room is accessed by external stairs. With a king-size bed, it features an in-room bath with a separate toilet and sink. The other end of the room offers a single daybed, a single sofa bed, and an LCD TV. There is a further en-suite with a large shower. The room includes a coffee machine, fridge, and free WiFi. ;
Rustic Family. Our three rustic rooms are situated near the front of our property, located up a beautiful cobbled drive. These rooms offer the true rustic farm like feel to Cranberries, unlike the rest of our accommodation. The Rustic rooms have the original 200 year old doors leadingthe property, which can be opened using a padlock and an additional key. Rustic 1 sleeps a total of 3 people, with one king bed and one single bed. With both Rustic 2 and 3 sleeping a total of 2 people with one king bed. All rooms are semi self-catering, coming with a microwave, toaster and kettle , as well as a sink. They do not include ovens or hobs. All rooms include an en-suite shower room. ;
